Ehon Chan is an internationally recognised strategist with over 15 years’ experience in innovation, public policy, and social finance. As Executive Director of MaGIC, he led the development of Malaysia’s first Social Enterprise Blueprint. He later co-authored the Sarawak Digital Economy Strategy as Economic Advisor in the Chief Minister’s Department. Ehon is now Co-Founder & Partner of Retrospective Discovery LLP, where he has worked with organisations such as SIDC, FINCO, and UN agencies. He has served on the Boards of Movember Foundation, Bendigo & Adelaide Bank, and Hospis Malaysia, and regularly speaks at global platforms, bringing a systems-level lens to topics such as investor education, inclusive growth, and social impact.
