TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR IIFA 2025

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your participation in IIFA 2025 (the "Event"), which is organised by FIMM ("the Organiser") and managed by Light Up 7 Sdn. Bhd. ("the Event Coordinator"). By registering for the Event, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Participation

Participants may register for the Event by filling-up their details in the Registration page.

2. Participation Fee

1. Payment will be processed in Euro.
2. Main Conference: The participation fee for IIFA Members attending the Event is € 1,400 applicable to one (1) person includes coffee breaks and lunches during the conference and social events on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

3. Payment

1. Fill in the details in the Registration page and click the "Submit and Pay Now" button.
2. You will receive an official invoice by email within 30 minutes.
3. Make payment using the bank details provided in the invoice within 10 days of registration.
4. Email your payment slip or proof of transaction to [email protected].
5. Once payment is verified, your registration will be confirmed via email within 10 working days.

Important Notes on Transaction Fees:

• • International bank transfers may incur fees from your bank, intermediary banks, or our receiving bank.
  • Please ensure all related transfer fees are fully covered by the sender, so the full invoice amount is received.
  • We recommend checking with your bank in advance to confirm any applicable charges.
  • Bank transfer payment details will be included in your invoice. A summary is available here for fee estimation purposes.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

All registrations are final, and no refunds will be issued for cancellation by participants once payment has been received. If a paid participant is unable to attend the Event, a request for ticket transfer to another individual from the same organisation may be considered. Such requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] by Friday, 15 August 2025.

The Organiser reserves the right to deny entry to any participant, if payment has not been made or if the payment received is less than the specified registration fee.

5. Event Modifications

The Organiser reserves the right to make alterations, including but not limited to, the venue, event date, programme agenda and / or speaker line up, or cancel the event for any reason (including, without limitation, by reason of a Force Majeure event). The Organiser will provide advance notice of any such changes to all relevant parties.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants must promote a respectful and inclusive environment.

Inappropriate behaviour, including harassment and discrimination, will not be tolerated. The Organiser reserves the right to remove or refuse entry to any participants engaging in such conduct.

7. Photography and Recording

The Event Coordinator may take photographs, videos, or recordings during the Event for promotional purposes.

By participating, you grant permission to the Organiser to use such photographs for promotional purposes.

8. Liability

Participants acknowledge that attending the Event is at their own risk and that they are responsible for their personal belongings.

The Organiser and Event Coordinator shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage, arising from physical participation in the Event.

9. Force Majeure

The Organiser and Event Coordinator shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, or modification of the Event resulting from circumstances beyond its control.

10. Consent

By registering for IIFA 2025, you consent to the Organiser's use of your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and the Organiser's Privacy Notice, which is accessible via the following link https://www.fimm.com.my/privacy-notice/.

By registering for the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
